Orders over $150.00 delivery are free of charge within Singapore only.
For orders less than $150.00 please feel free to collect them from our store. If you prefer them delivered then please note delivery charges between $15 - 25 will apply for deliveries up to 25kg.

All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars. Maissone reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we disclose your information.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will say "SOLD OUT " under the main picture. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. We keep very limited amounts of stock on hand and we are sorry if you miss out on your favourite item!
Where are your items dispatched from?
We are a Singapore based company and all orders are sent from our Singapore location.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock. If you order a pre-order item alongside an item that is in stock, your order will not be dispatched until everything is in stock.
Where can I add my discount code?
When checking out, after you have imputed your shipping and billing information, you will return to our website where you can pick a shipping rate, type in a discount code and the price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you get to finalise your transaction.
Promotions & Discounts
All promotions & discount offers are offered at the discretion of Maissone. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorised the use of a discount or offer. Offers and discounts will not be extended beyond the specified end date.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Just leave a personal message in the additional comments section as you are checking out and we will include a personalised hand written card with the order.
How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. The payment is deducted at the time of the order.
What payment methods does Maissone accept?
Maissone accepts payment by credit card on shopify, using the secure services of Shopify
Exchanges and Returns
Maissone wants you to LOVE what you have bought. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the product, provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us that you wish to return an item, including the invoice number on the email and the reason for returning it. For change of mind purchases a store credit or exchange will be issued. For faulty or damaged items a refund or store credit will be issued.
We do not collect goods that need to be exchanged or returned whether they are faulty or not.
All custom orders are final sales.
Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Products must be returned at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty.

How long will my order take to be shipped?
We cannot ship fragile or bulky items.
All local and International orders have a 5kg maximum. Freight is calculated based on dimensions, weight, and your destination.
Free shipping does not apply over 5kg and items cannot be shipped with our couriers.
Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier.
Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed. We can not ship to a PO Box address.
If you would like a faster courier service please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you.
How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?
Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. For more information please contact your local customs office
Which countries do you ship to?
For all international orders, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our online team will provide you with a competitive shipping quote. We do not ship fragile or bulky items.

How can I track my delivery status?
Refer to your tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Visit the tracking page of the courier company and enter your tracking number to find out the status of delivery. Please contact our customer service team if you need assistance in locating your tracking number.
